I'm recommending West Host to all of my clients for web hosting. They're currently running a really good special and they've been extremely reliable. If we've not gotten your web space yet, I recommend you check it out.
*Note, I updated this post today. I initially started recommending WestHost in 2009 and in that time I have found them to be the absolute best in support and service. Other servers charge extra fees, provide poor service to compensate for price. WestHost is affordable and reliable. I cannot recommend them enough.
